First Original Music is an ambitious music publishing and sync house operating out of the rolling hills of Yorkshire.

 

Created in late-2020 by Phil Simpson, our passion is to represent talented songwriters with a special focus on exceptional pop, acoustic, folk, Americana/country, and world music.

 

We pride ourselves on being strategic and hands-on, working closely with our writers to nurture their creativity while delivering a solid rights-management, protection and administration service that is the foundation of music publishing. With a proactive approach, we strive to seek out and secure sync opportunities for our writers.​
